Returns & Refunds
The goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. Please choose your product carefully, and If there is anything you’re unsure about just shoot an email through or give us a quick call.
With the high cost of furniture freight, returns are not possible for change of mind. Of course, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, your product and delivery costs will be refunded. Just make your claim within 7 days of delivery, and make sure that the items are returned in their original packaging.
Refunds are not available where, the product quality has been affected by wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; abnormal use; or failure to take reasonable care. Returned Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all components, and must be in a re-saleable condition. If a returned item is found not to be re-saleable, Petite Retreat reserves the right to refund 50% or less of the original purchase price.
Furniture warranty
Petite Retreat’s product range has been carefully chosen with durability in mind. Warranty periods are listed on individual items and cover the original purchaser for repair; spare or replacement parts for all parts under warranty. You need to provide proof of purchase (dated receipt) and, if needed, assist with requests for photos or descriptions as well as cover the costs of freight to and from the repair location.
Warranties do not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Seasoning of wood
Damage arising from abnormal use/placement in inappropriate locations, misuse, acts of god, accidental damage or
Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified;
Commercial use
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for freight and packaging charges to and from the repair location. If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, Petite Retreat reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality
